Born Kellie Dawn Pickler on June 28 1986 Pickler was a difficult childhood. At the age of two, her mother abandoned her to escape from her abusive husband. Then she returned to Pickler's world in 1995 when she took custody of her. The situation did not work around as planned. After Pickler was twelve, the court sent her to her maternal grandparents who brought her up to adulthood. Since she was not with the parents of her, Pickler got too involved in being a parent to her children. She said that because she didn't have time for study, she decided to master cooking and clean at an early time. Pickler was on the teams that cheered for both high school and middle school. North Stanly High School was the school where she graduated in the year 2004. Pickler also tried her hand at being a beauty queen. The name she was given was Miss Stanly County.
