Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer of Learning Ally, responsible for managing all aspects of our People, Talent and Culture practices. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across a range of industries with leaders and teams in order to enhance business outcomes, particularly during times of growth and rapidly changing environments by designing, coordinating, and leading a global people strategy. She has served as a thought partner helping to translate business and people strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as change management. She is a lover of learning, and believes that leadership and team building as the ultimate advantage. With her broad experience of working in Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to coach and develop managers, and achieving results, she helped foster corporate cultures that promote changing and learning. Annmarie devotes her time and energy to Learning Ally, but she is also involved in several other non profit organizations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. She also provides training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. The Hospitality Healthcare Network is a professional association that serves the purpose of providing networks and advocacy for the hospitals that provide hospitality services.
